This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you browse, register, sign in, place an order, contact us, or otherwise use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or provide personal information.
We collect information needed to create accounts, process orders, deliver products, provide support, and improve the Platform.
Account information: Name, email address, mobile number, password or authentication identifier, profile image where available, and account preferences.
Order and delivery information: Billing address, shipping address, recipient name, phone number, products ordered, order history, invoices, return/refund requests, and delivery-related details.
Payment information: Payment status, transaction reference, payment method, and related payment confirmation data. Payment-card or bank-account details are generally handled by the applicable payment gateway and are not intentionally stored by ICLEENS unless specifically required and permitted.
Facebook Login information: If you choose Continue with Facebook, we may receive the information that Facebook makes available and you authorize, such as your Facebook public profile identifier, name, email address, profile photo, and access token or login identifier. We use this information only to create, link, and secure your ICLEENS account.
Device and usage information: Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, crash logs, pages/screens viewed, search activity, and interaction information.
Communications: Messages, calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, reviews, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
Cookies and similar technologies: Information used to remember your session, shopping cart, preferences, analytics, security settings, and website performance.
We use your information to operate the Platform and provide shopping-related services.
Create and manage your account, including authentication through email, mobile number, Facebook Login, or other supported sign-in methods.
Process orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer-service requests.
Send transactional communications such as order confirmation, payment confirmation, dispatch, delivery, return, account-security, and support messages.
Personalize product listings, recommendations, offers, and the shopping experience where permitted.
Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our website, app, products, services, and customer support.

Facebook Login is optional. You may instead use another available sign-in or account-registration method.
When you select “Continue with Facebook,” a Facebook dialog box will ask you to authorize the login and disclose the specific information requested. Please review Facebook’s permissions screen before continuing. We request only the information reasonably necessary for account creation, login, and account identification, typically your name, email address, public profile identifier, and profile picture where supplied.
We do not post content to Facebook, access your Facebook friends, or access other Facebook information unless we clearly request a separate permission and you expressly authorize it.
Meta requires users to have a way to request deletion of data received through Facebook Login; users may also initiate requests through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings.developers.facebook
Before you register, sign in with Facebook, place an order, enable optional notifications, or provide sensitive information, the app may display a privacy notice or consent dialog. This dialog is intended to clearly state what information is needed and why.

If the app requests an optional device permission, such as notifications, camera access, storage access, or location, it will show an appropriate notice before the relevant permission request. Sellers, suppliers, and fulfilment partners: To process and fulfil your order.
Courier and logistics providers: To collect, ship, track, and deliver orders.
Payment gateways and financial service providers: To process payments, refunds, and transaction verification.
Technology and hosting providers: For cloud hosting, database management, analytics, push notifications, email, SMS, customer support, security, and app performance.
Facebook/Meta: When you voluntarily use Facebook Login, subject to the permissions you approve and Meta’s applicable policies.

Business transfers: If ICLEENS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We require service providers to handle personal information only for authorized purposes and with suitable security measures.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with taxation, accounting, legal, and regulatory duties, and enforce our agreements.
Order, invoice, payment, and tax records may need to be retained for periods required by applicable law. After the applicable retention period, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely archived where legally permitted.

You can request deletion of your ICLEENS account and the personal information linked to it by:
Using the Delete Account option, if available, in the mobile app under My Account > Settings > Delete Account.
Sending an email to support@icleens.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Please provide the registered email address or mobile number so that we can verify your identity. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, tax/accounting duties, and enforcement of our rights.
If you logged in with Facebook, you may also remove ICLEENS from your Facebook-connected apps through Facebook’s Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites controls.developers.facebook
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, authentication safeguards, monitoring, and secure service providers.
However, no internet transmission, mobile application, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should protect your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The Platform may link to or use third-party services, including payment gateways, logistics providers, social-login providers, analytics providers, app stores, and social-media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and ICLEENS is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
For iOS distribution, Apple requires developers to provide a publicly accessible privacy-policy URL and disclose data collected by the app and relevant third parties in App Store privacy details.
